Project 35: Bao Tuan Village (Water Well #2)
In mid-June 2014 Care to Help completed a new well project at Bao Tuan Village, Vietnam. This is the second well at Bao Tuan, and soon, virtually everyone in the village of approximately 1000 people will have running water at their homes for the first time.
We built the first water project for this village in 2005, the villagers have since trenched in water lines to about half of the villages homes. Due to the topography, in order to get water to the other half of the village, a second well was needed.
This village has an excellent resident project manager in K'Da.
